Describe the bug
While trying to install Cosyvoice on windows, I followed to install miniconda those, and keep encountering bugs such as windows system files not found or conda command not recognized, which I then have to run from Anaconda Powershell prompt. Then at the last part, I use python webui.py --port 50000 --model_dir pretrained_models/CosyVoice-300M, python3 was not found. but anyway, errors again, failed to import, cannot import, importerror, : cannot import from huggingface_hub, pydoc.ErrorduringImport those

To Reproduce
From a bare windows 11, following the steps in the front page instruction to install cosyvoice and miniconda.

Expected behavior
Cosyvoice can be run.

Additional context
I saw there were some full 10G versions that after downloading, though the link does not support international users. in those samples, one just need to run the exe file and the interface will be ready to use. It will improve CosyVoice's user friendllyness if the method to use is similar way, as at the moment for windows it seems I have to run the commands in individual windows, eg, running from cosyvoice, then some commands from anaconda powershell. and some commands wont work, its so hard.
