Creating road deselecting Road object in the hierarchy #55

Pressing Ctrl + click creating a road but also deselection the Road object in the hierarchy. To create more road I need to select the Road object in the hierarchy again. How to solve this bug?

Unity versions I tried:
2020.3.47
2022.3.5
