More customizable lanes settings

In the editor, I can only change the lanes to 2,4,6.
but I need more customizable lanes settings,
eg. a road starts with 2 lanes of single lane each left and right side,
then it smoothly change to 3 lanes of 1 lane on the left and 2 lanes on the right.
Is this feature already achieved?

No this is not implemented yet and might be tricky to cover.
An idea would be to connect roads with different lane settings to one another. I do not know if this already works in the current state.
Especially difficult are different lane amounts on each side of the same road.
I probably won't find the time to implement this in the near future.

I'm here to bring this up again. Wanting a way to have 1-lane roads. Even if connecting them isn't supported except to other 1-lane roads, maybe have an "experimental" warning when using them. Maybe make them only work with other 1-lane roads. If we want to use them, we could always throw the mesh into Blender and merge them ourselves manually with another mesh on top of it. It would be nice to have support for that even if it requires some manual control to use.

I would say getting the lanes to be splittable/mergable with normal roads could be played around with later on.
