OV_CALLBACKS_DEFAULT' : undeclared identifier on line 148 and line 157, the definiton or the declaration is no nowhere to be found

have you tried this on the latest SVN? as the definition of that should be in vorbis/vorbisfile.h
Though if you are using the "old" dependencies.zip you'll have to upgrade vorbis as the version in there is quite old and doesn't have that define.
