v0.0.2 - new configfile format

release before new implemetation on files output of meshviewer

This is a release, before the configuration breaks.
At this moment there is only one meshviewer output possible
with the version v1 and v2 of the nodes.json.
In the future the would be a new format for the meshviewer-ffrgb.
It is also possible to use filter for area, has a location, blacklisting (and also a to enable showing the owner of nodes).
