Craft site uses Javascript to manage cookies (such as Google Analytics).

Suggest enabling Javascript on WP site using a plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/ and use a similar approach.

Alternatively add plugins to manage the cookies, but this is quite an inflexible approach and may require a few plugins.

Setting as "ASAP" as the site could launch without cookie management, but will be a need very soon afterwards.
