From discussion between @Ryth-cs and I:

Me: is this still relevant? #111
Ryth: Kinda, it's semi fixed but if it needs migrations of existing data then it doesn't work
M: tbh I'm not sure the bot itself needs to have that functionality - that's the kind of thing that could and even should be done manually
M: or at least, provide a separate script instead of writing into the bot code itself
R: Yeah, agreed

In light of this I'm gonna move this out of the release milestone
