foxy-item-card: Support hiding item options based on store configuration

Details

We have an option within the store template configuration for specifying which native and custom options should be hidden from view on the cart, checkout and receipts. We're not currently utilising this in the portal though wherever items are displayed - I believe that's currently just the subscription summary.

If the configuration is set to not show specific options, whether native or custom, we shouldn't output those in the portal either, for consistency.
