Current SWIG Java interface uses Strings... #15

But that's not cool for OTPassword, since passwords stored in Strings could be floating around waiting for the garbage collector until next week.

Need to mess with OTAPI so that, in this case anyway, some other datatype such as char[] is used instead of what's generated by default.
