The windows signing certificate expired recently, so the windows builds fail:

Is this for a particular OS?

@slspencer, you decide if you repurchase another certificate for another year, otherwise I remove the signing step again from the github actions

Hey @csett86... I mentioned this to Susan wih today's zoom meeting. The certificate is in the works - apparently they sent the "key" to the corporate office and not to Susan. So if you can just go ahead and remove the signing step until Susan get the key.
