Standalone NetCDF Example

I've been looking at compression directly from inside FORTRAN, and have a (very minimal) example set up here: https://gitlab.awi.de/pgierz/netcdf-compression-demo

That will sooner or later make it into the "real" FESOM, but it seems as trivial as adding an extra flag to the nf90_create_var routine. ...or maybe I'm going in the totally wrong direction. Have a look in any case :-)
