User Story
As a FreeCodeCamp user
I would like to see who contributed to building the website
so that I can be encouraged to contribute as well and connect with active members.

Acceptance Criteria
GIVEN I am a FreeCodeCamp user
WHEN I navigate to the home page
THEN I will see a section entitled "Meet the Contributors" between the Meet the Admins section and the footer

GIVEN I am a FreeCodeCamp user
WHEN I view the "Meet the Contributors" section
THEN I will see the image of contributors generated by the contrib.rocks website

GIVEN I am a FreeCodeCamp user
WHEN I click on the image in the "Meet the Contributors" section
THEN a new tab will open
AND I will be navigated to the contributors graph on the Free Code Camp Columbus website
