Calculate metrics after saving output

Hello,

I'm working on an offline machine, and for datasets that require an internet connection to calculate metrics, I thought a simple solution would be to pass the --log_samples True argument and then calculate the metrics separately on another online machine. However, I'm having trouble understanding how to run the evaluation directly using the saved file.

Could anyone provide some guidance, please?
