[Request] Loosen dependency version constraints, such as for transformers #207

It would be appreciated if version constraints could be loosened to increase compatibility with outside code. For example, transformers is locked to 4.39.2, prohibiting compatibility with any code that requires a more recent version. Similar for datasets. Thank you for your consideration!
