icon and color switching continues after separating tabs

When clicking and dragging from the tab bar to split sessions from different profiles, the icon and color in the tab bar item changes according to the session that has focus.

The sessions can be un-split by clicking and dragging the session back to the tab bar, however the icon and color unexpectedly continues to change for one of the tab bar items when focus changes.
