Transaction duplicates in version < 0.1.3

Hello all,

A bug was found in version 0.1.2 and below. In some cases it could lead to transactions being fetch several times. This leads to the presence of duplicates in the database.
Version 0.1.3 corrects this behavior with this PR.

To patch this:

0. Check your version

import ScanWatch
print(ScanWatch.__version__)

1. Erase previous data

from ScanWatch.storage.ScanDataBase import ScanDataBase
db = ScanDataBase()
db.drop_all_tables()

2. Update ScanWatch version

When the version 0.1.3 will be released on PYPI, use the command below

pip install --upgrade ScanWatch

Otherwise, you can fetch the latest developments:

pip install --upgrade git+https://github.com/EtWnn/ScanWatch.git@develop

3. Check your updated version

Ensure that the new version is at least 0.1.3dev
