network access problem

i have started my 1st startObserving and see

Fetching devices attached to provided tags failed!
🚨When running offline, internet connection is required when starting the observer for the first time.

device has wifi, but no phone service

i can browse to cloud.estimote.com, but have to logon of course..

the appid/token should bypass that logon of course

the downloadable UWB app connects and presents the beacon. so its not network access
