Set nodesynced to True if Using External #79

Users running external nodes will select that in settings and their config.json will show "nodesynced":false

Problem: This causes wallet to default to fastepic.eu and overwrite external in toml and show in UI on startup

Solution: Check for external node in settings and set "nodesynced":true to allow correct node in UI and not change toml
