Hi there, the software should work fine with Ableton Live 10.1.5. Maybe you can provide some details on the issue you are experiencing?

Hi!

Running Live 10.1.6 Suite and having difficulty running Envelop.

The system does not produce audio and crashes after following initial steps in apretty clear online tutorial, after enabling the bus and a few other options/effects.

I would really like to learn how to work with your software, primarily for music production innitially, and I require assistence to overcome this problem.

Kind regards

Very sorry to hear about this. Is this occurring on a Mac or Windows? FYI - we unfortunately don't officially support Windows, because there seem to be crashes that occur on some users machines (in a not 100% predictable manner, some users have no issue, others get consistent crashes).

Are you able to provide more detail as to your system configuration and exactly which step in the process causes the crash to occur.

Well the crashes occure seconds after dropping the Master bus and audio panner in the tracks as in this toturial Ambisonics in Ableton Live 10 Tutorial Part 2

Do you have any sugegstions or other setup guides?

Hi Sander - unfortunately it seems you may be one of the unlucky users that gets crashes on Windows. We don't completely understand why this happens. It seems to be something to do with Max 4 Live crashing, but we've not been able to get a deep understanding of what the issue is, or why it only occurs on some Windows systems.

Very sorry about this. If you have access to another machine, you might try it on another computer/OS. Of course this may not be possible.

Very sorry about this issue, we wish we understood it better.

Hi Sander - are you able to save and share an Ableton Crash Report file with us? If so, we may be able to forward it onto Ableton to investigate this issue. Please just let us know if you are able to reproduce the crash and upload the file, thank you!

Unfortunately we don't have any formal plan or timeline here, as the cause of the issue is not well understood. Very sorry about this. Hoping that in a future version it may become more clear what's going on.
