Unable to downgrade internal ISRM module on taranis x9d 19 se to the version 1.1.3

Transmitter firmware

Current Behavior

While trying to downgrade internal module to 1.1.3 on taranis I get error "communication port error". Installing the newer version(2.x) of frsky internal module firmware works fine. I had to install openTx 2.3.15 on my radio to downgrade. it worked.

Expected Behavior

I would expect to be able to install all the firmware.

Steps To Reproduce

1. download frsky ISRM firmware 1.1.3 https://www.frsky-rc.com/taranis-x9d-plus-se-2019/
2. put it on sd card under firmware
3. select a model that is using internal module and set it to accst d16
4. try to install from sd card and see the error message

I was able to reproduce every time on edgeTX 2.10.4 and 2.10.5

I do not have a screenshot but I was able to reproduce this every time. Only flashing opentx and installing there worked. This downgrade was necessary in order to use small quad with spi rx
