你好，我看了一下模型的ncnn框架里面的基本倒入方式，是初始化模型类之后使用

net.load_param_bin(fp);
net.load_model(fp);

初始化导入即可，我想实现用python 初始化使用这个dragGan的方式，请问如何做呢？
