[Bug] Items held drop while Tping

Describe the bug

When tping somewhere far, if you open your inventory and select an item when you teleport the item will drop out of your inventory.

To Reproduce

Teleport somewhere far from where your home/town is, run a command which teleports you (like /home), open your inventory and select an item, once you teleport the item will drop.

Expected behavior

The item should stay in your inventory instead of dropping.
