All ggplot2 plots use same theme_dark() function. Move object into rpy2 initialization/run schema.

Make it single-source for easier editing

  • add setup function to Plotting.py
  • add validation test?
  • fix bordering problem: re: @CCPquant
  • add hooks for custom color pallets
