Add the creation of a TUV-x photolysis calculator to the MUSICA wrapper

Acceptance Criteria

  • The MUSICA wrapper creates an instance of the TUV-x calculator during initialization based on a configuration file
  • Photolysis rate constants are calculated at run time (initially for the Chapman mechanism, and with fixed conditions specified in the configuration file)
  • An instance of the TUV-x calculator is created for each OpenMP thread

Ideas

  • Follow the same logic used to create instances of the MICM solver
