Clarify some groups in the "Log in to the Errata Service" doc page #13

Several groups are mentioned in the Log in to the Errata Service page, but they could be described more explicitly

  • ES-DOC administrators: there is a link to the Contact page, so I guess we are talking of the the people listed in the Developer/Author section
  • ES-DOC-ERRATA officers: it could be useful to have a link to a page listing these people in each modelling group
  • ES-DOC officer: same request as above
  • the appropriate GitHub organization team(s): same as above
