It is not possible to import cimv2 as a python module as is, despite that being the intention (i.e. it has a __init__.

Solutions are:

  1. Rename the repository
  2. Move the schema into a sub-directory (this might be the right answer if some lightweight tools are to accompany it as is done with the specialisations).
