Add Vibes protocol version number in vibes messages #62

Every Vibes JSON message should have a "version" value, to facilitate forward and backward compatibility.

When receiving messages from an newer version of API, the viewer application could warn user about some new features not being supported and encourage to download new version of the viewer.
When receiving messages from an older version of the API, the viewer application can easily detect if the message has to be "upgraded" to its current version.
