Per RFC 6761, it might be preferable to refer to example.com (guaranteed to be just an example), as opposed to example-domain.com. (Sometimes people use other examples if they're trying to give a little more hypothetical detail about the example, but I don't think example-domain.com is doing that.)

Sure! If I knew which file was the current working draft, I would happily do that. dnt-policy-discussion-draft2.txt, maybe? dnt-policy-1.0.txt seems like the latest, but that also seems intended as a permanent, versioned label.
