[Feature]: MAMxx support

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The MAMxx aerosol module developed by the EAGLES team will be integrated to EAMxx. We plan to use e3sm_diags for evaluating EAMxx-MAMxx. The aerosol tracer names in MAMxx are slightly different from those in MAM of E3SM. The names of aerosol diagnostic variables (e.g., process rates for budget analysis) will likely be different too.

This is a place holder for this feature development.

We plan to modify the variable list defined in e3sm_diag and possibly add more variables to the list.
