build fails with SMS_Ln3.ne4pg2_ne4pg2.F2010-MMF2

Likely due to a change in cmake made in scream repo that was merged into E3SM.

SMS_Ln3.ne4pg2_ne4pg2.F2010-MMF2.pm-cpu_gnu (as well as intel) fails to build:
