Error opening dynamo file

i have an error opening the file, the problem is it opens in other versions of revit and also any other system but not mine
error

@swatika27 Do you have any Revit add-in and/or Dynamo packages installed? if so, can you try the same operation after uninstalling the packages

Hi , i have uninstalled all packages in dynamo , and disabled the add-ins too
