If no Event is defined on a TabControl, an invalid Event message is sent on selection #276

Run Demo_Issue276. It immediately crashes when a Select event is enqueued to the first tab, and the client sends:

39:15.104 R: #5: {"Event":{"ID":"F1.TC.T1","Info":["F1.TC.T1"]}}

The message contains no EventName.

In fact, no message should be sent at all when no Event is defined.
