A mod for the DeCiv mod, which allows you to play as a surviving pre-war power (in this case, the Soviet Union). You will start with 5 developed cities and ancient technologies (eras of the original unciv/civ5 GnK game), but the agricultural sector was destroyed by nuclear war, so all military factories are converted to support the population.
