Hello @Docile-Alligator,
From my understanding, the new application is no longer open source. New versions are made available, but the source code provided is incomplete.
I am not a contributor of Infinity (and I am not a lawyer), but I believe that every contributor that made legally significant changes to the Infinity app is a possible copyright owner of the Infinity app. They could have the right to enforce the AGPL, including the termination clause.
But, since, you developed 99% of the application, I don't think the contributions made from other contributors hold a significant value. You might want to get legal advice on that and/or contact the contributors directly (they could agree to waive their copyright on their past contributions, much like signing a CLA).
I think this repository should be archived in the current state of affairs to keep the good old application available in AGPL like it has been, so that you can continue to develop the new app as closed source for the time being.
If you wish to go back to AGPL, you could:
Good luck.
