Allow Damages to output damage on complex graph or both complex and simplified graphs

Enhancement Description

• Create a Damages class that only works with the complex graph and outputs the damages on the complex graph => use case: experts interested in the Damages analysis solely.

• Create another Damages class that accepts both complex and simplified graphs and output the estimated damages on both complex and simplified graphs => use case: Adaptation for the benefit calculation => you need losses and damages on the simplified graph level as well.
