Add tx fee for deposit / withdrawal

is it possible to add the tx fee for EtherDelta deposits / withdrawals?
Field "Actual Tx Cost/Fee" on EtherScan.

also if we can inject the from/to addresses, it is becoming increasingly important because most ethereum API won't return deposits made on eth addresses resulting from an etherdelta withdrawal smart contract action.
