We'd like to create an installer to make DeepPhe easier to get up and running.

I looked into it a bit, here is where I am at:

  1. received 2 open source licenses for Install4j (looks like a great multi-platform solution)
  2. evaluated "pkg" and "nexe" to distribute the node app as an executable, most things work, though hard to serve dynamically generated URLs
  3. Due to licensing issues we should probably distribute w/OpenJDK

This is low priority for now.
