NRE in ApiException > HttpResponseBodySafe #176

Describe the bug
Encountered a NullReferenceException in ApiException inside HttpResponseBodySafe.

I'd say somehow ContentType is null in:

protected string HttpResponseBodySafe
        {
            get
            {
                return HttpResponse != null
                       && !HttpResponse.ContentType.StartsWith("image/", StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase)
                       && HttpResponse.Body is string
                    ? (string)HttpResponse.Body : string.Empty;
            }
        }

Expected behavior
The property to work without a NRE thrown.
