Even if a 'Optimization_toolbox' license is available, there is a problem with the lsqcurvefit function:
"Error using weibull_cdf (line 27)
'lsqcurvefit' requires Optimization Toolbox."

The license status is checked in demo.m and if a lic for 'Optimization_toolbox', a flag is set to 1 and we could usually use lscqcurvefit without any problem.!!!
