This PR enables automatic fetching of Let's Encrypt TLS certificates for one or more domains specified with the
domainsparameter when starting the livesim2 server. Multiple domains are input as one comma-separated string.This solves #24 and is meant to be used for deployment of the shared resource https://livesim2.dashif.org among others.
