[Feature request] Configure the messages to be able to translate them

Hello, I just wanted to know if it was possible to add an option for us to be able to change the /help messages and so forth in order to be able translate them ?

I could then transfer to you a french translation of Wild Pets if it's something that would be of interest to you.
