Create one-click installer that will simplify installation for less technical users.

If no objection I will start with NSIS as a installer script/tool

After some checking I changed my mind.

NSIS works nicely for applications, but since there is some injecting and checking needed changing to a python installer.
Next update will hopefully be a POC
