The main schtick with ember-headless-table is that:

  • it's built on modern APIs
  • very fine-grained and optimized updates by default
  • everything is derived data, no effects

Long term, this project could become starbeam-table-ui or something similar, once Ember (hopefully) natively adopts Starbeam as the underlying reactivity tech
