These are the docs to EthSigner https://docs.ethsigner.consensys.io/
The functionality of EthSigner has migrated to Web3Signer under "eth1" subcommand.
create a dedicated section for "eth1" mode. At the moment, current web3signer docs seems to be mixed with both eth1 and eth2 subcommands
