Background Tasks - Sharing View - Pending exports should be re-arrangeable by drag-and-drop

I REALLY want to re-arrange the pending exports and do a later added pending export with much much higher priority.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should be able to just drag and drop the pending exports to re-arrange their ordering. There could be a Hamburger to click on for drag and drop, or just clicking on the title and moving it like a normal drag and drop. If a hamburger, just make sure that it's not next to the cancel button. That's because the cancel has no confirmation, which is ok.
Ideally, A render can be paused and removed from the current rendering video, but it's percentage is saved, of course. That should work with the drag and drop interface for ordering the export list.

Maybe there could also be a button for changing the settings of the export as well. If an export completes and moves to the first pending export, while the user is editing its export settings, its export is "paused" until OK or Cancel is clicked on its export settings.

Ideally, Each item in each specific Background Tasks should be re-arrangable within their respective category (given there are no dependencies on order of execution.)

Describe alternatives you've considered
To change the order, I have to delete all the pending exports to move the critical export first (as the next video to render), then literally redo all the exports.

Additional context
Apple, apple, apple. This feature should have been included in such "professional grade" software for a long while. With all the money you have and make, these little things are why Final Cut Pro has competition, There are SO many little things it could do better. And they are so easy given what you've already done.
Apple, I am "for hire" as a consultant or internal product reviewer...
Like this: Motion should have a Node-Connections interface for rigging and parameters. This opens up a lot of new ways to think about rigging. You have other Softwares that do node based graphics already, like quartz composer and xcode. Indeed, integrating Quartz Composer into Motion would be a killer app for motion graphics.

Blender already does node based graphics and video editing. I haven't studied how those intersect, but this is 2024. Apple, where is your innovation?
