Describe the bug:
When playing back certain types of footage on M1 Ultra Mac Studios. The footage playback is sharp when playing, but blurry on a paused frame making it very difficult to judge sharpness. Other Footage blurs briefly when paused before sharpening. Quicktime player does not exhibit the same behaviour on the same footage.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go To the viewer
  2. select 100% to see pixels at 1:1
  3. Play back footage in the browser
  4. pause / play with space bar and watch as footage is blurry when paused, sharp when playing.

Expected behavior:
Footage should look the same on playback as it does when paused
