Hi there
The system allows mentors to set themselves as inactive. Unfortunately many of them are not using it and just disappears
We're triny to monitor these mentors when mentees are bringing them to our attention and freeze there account
It is possible to build an automatic process to find these kind of mentors but we are at a very low capacity so we can't build it
I wish I have better news but this is the reality at the moment
