Missing helptext / missleading label for form field

I just stumbled across this myself while filling out my profile; the field/label "Title" when editing the Profile was a bit misleading for me. At first I left it blank, because I had something like "Prof." or "Dr" or any other academic title in mind. When the error message popped up saying that the field is not optional I've added "Mrs", which als ended up in a error message that the field is missing - looked it up in the code and saw that the field requires at least 4 characters (which was never stated).

Since I'm still not sure what the field was originally meant to be for (job title I would guess now?) it would be great to add a help text, change the label or maybe even make the field optional!

• Set the min length to 3
• Add help text - e.g. software developer. >3 characters.
