Description

As a user, I want to be able to activate mitigation and preparedness actions of emergency plan so that community leaders and community organization can take actions to reduce the effect of incident that may occur

  • I should be able to activate mitigation and preparedness actions from specific or generic emergency plan of administrative boundary
  • I should be able to send notifications to warns to community leaders around wards, sub-wards and other prone areas

Web UI:

  • I should be able to view list of activated actions
  • I should be able to view progress of activated actions
