See prior issue #226 - once we can convert to JSON, pull in from github instead of contentful

So I think for now, we may want to still bulk load to contentful, and then have a build step to pull the JSON from there into the gh-pages branch. This would let us move away from having the access token in the live site, while also keep the ability for c70 or CfP volunteers to edit in contentful.
